How long does it take for an order to process?  

Liquid IV has a 1-2 business day processing time for orders. Please allow extra time if your order was placed on a Friday evening, during weekends or holidays. Once your order has shipped, it typically takes about 4-6 business days to arrive.

How do I know if my order has shipped? 

We are just as excited for you to receive your order as you are! You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. It might take up to 48 hours for the status to update, but we promise it will be worth the wait.

It’s been over 6 days and I haven’t received my order

I paid for expedited shipping and haven’t received my order

We’re sorry to hear your order is taking a bit longer to get to you than expected. If you selected UPS 3 day at checkout and it has been more than 3 business days since your order was placed, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.  

My order has stalled / My tracking number stopped updating  

We’re sorry to hear your order isn’t getting to you as quickly as we’d like! If your order has not shown a tracking update in 3 or more business days, please contact our customer support team. 

My order says it was delivered but I haven’t received it yet  

Sometimes carriers may mark packages as delivered before they have actually been delivered. Please allow one full day for your package to show up. If you have not received your package by the end of the following day, please contact our customer support team.
