- Once you have logged into your account, click on “Subscriptions” in the navigation bar
2. This tab will show you your active subscriptions, upcoming orders and any previously cancelled subscriptions.
3. To cancel an active subscription, click on “More Options” on the right-hand side
4. You can then select “Cancel Subscription” from the drop-down menu
5. A pop up will offer you the option skip your next order, swap to a different product, pause your subscription, or cancel it altogether.
6. To proceed with cancelling your subscription, click on “Cancel Subscription” on the bottom right
7. We simply ask for your feedback as to why you wish to cancel to help us make improvements
8. Check the box for your cancellation reason and then click “Cancel Subscription” one more time
9. Your subscription has been cancelled
10. You will get an email to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled. Please be sure to check your spam and promotions folder if you do not see it in your main inbox.
