How do I delete a payment method on my subscription? (Desktop)

1. Once you have logged in to your account, click on the Subscriptions tab at the top

2. Scroll down to the section that says Billing under your active subscription. 

3. Click on the drop-down arrow on the right-hand side 

4. This will expand the billing section, and you will be able to see your current payment method 

5. To remove a payment method, click on Edit where your current card information is listed

6. This will open up a new window

7. Click on the payment method you wish to remove

8. A pop-up will open, click Delete in the bottom left corner 

9. You will need to replace it with a different payment method to ensure there is no disruption to your subscription 

10. Verify the correct alternative payment method is selected 

11. Click Delete and replace in the bottom right corner 

12. Your payment method has been deleted
