Once you have logged into your account, click on the Subscriptions tab at the top.
- Under your Upcoming Orders click More Options in the field with your current active subscription.
2. Select Pause Subscription from the drop-down menu
3. You can pause your subscription for 1, 2 or 3 months
- Please note, if you need to pause your subscription for more than 3 months, we recommend cancelling your subscription and rejoining when you are ready to resume shipments
4. Select how long you would like to pause your subscription for
5. Click Pause
6. Your subscription has been successfully paused
